Pia, the only other female in the
Dunsmore household, recently gave birth to her first litter of kittens. We have all been anticipating it, knowing it would be here soon. She and I have shared a couple of late nights discussing our fears and excitement for the future with new little ones over a bowl of ice cream. So when the big day arrived...we all were so excited to be part of such a fun experience. She did great and cranked out 5 little cuties.
I can't help but watch this cat be a perfect mother....doting on her children's every need, nursing them at all hours of the day, licking their little bottoms clean, and skipping meals for them, and wonder...am I really about to add another little one to my litter?
Roanin is OBSESSED with the new little ones, to say the least. He already had a small obsession going with the two grown cats we had, but these new
little ones just are too much to handle.

Oh - if I didn't have two crazy, slightly annoying and extremely jealous cats I'd totally take one of Pia's kittens off your hands!
soooooo, you excited about licking the bottom of your new addition clean? Yucky!!! Not even funny....I didn't know u hAd a preg kitty too?! They look cute...too bad I'm not a cat person, I'd take one....
